About Sara Yosef

The Rabanit Sara Yosef is married to Harav Avraham Yosef the Chief Rabbi of Holon, who is the son of HaRav HaGaon Ovadia Yosef Zt'zl. She grew up in Tel Aviv. There she studied and went to seminary, studying under the great pedagogues of the time including the Gerer Rebbetzin.

For over fifteen years the Rabanit taught weekly classes in Emunah and Bitachon to hundreds of ladies. After a series of unpleasant experiences left her reeling, she began to question the value of her own classes, which she knew by heart, when in the face of her own troubles they left her helpless. She understood that knowledge that doesn't penetrate the heart is useless in terms of real Emunah and Bitachon. These are emotions that can't be faked. Thus she began a search for practical ways to acquire these precious traits. Her search bore fruit and for more than fifteen years now the Rabanit has been teaching classes in the results of that search. Her workshops in Jewish Positive Thinking is a course in practical methods and techniques that could be subtitled "shortcut To Trust For Our Generation". The course is based on guided imagery exercises on a variety of topics including: seeing one's goals realised, forgiveness and overcoming worry and fear.

These 2 workshops were presented for the first time in Los Angeles on June 16, at Torat Hayim and on June 18 at Adat Yeshurun, 2015.
